These "Brown-Bag" workshops on Technology Transfer. are sponsored by The Office of Research, together with the Pittsburgh Central Keystone Innovation Zone and the Tucker Arensberg law firm.
Join us, bring your sandwich or salad, and the Office of Research will provide soda, water, cookies and insight on technology transfer and intellectual property.
Future workshop topics may include human subject protection, funding sources, proposal presentation and grant management issues. To suggest a topic, please contact Marianne Volk.
Interdisciplinary Receptions
In March 2008, 36 faculty and staff members from the Schools of Nursing, Health Sciences, and the Pharmacy Division of Clinical, Social, and Administrative Sciences came together to foster and promote future research collaborations. Several collaborative research efforts are now underway as a result of this gathering.
